All lights, TV and devices can be controlled from the iPad at the Bedroom Wall.

Scenes like Day, Chill, Evening and Movie can be used with presets to set the right atmosphere.

Additionally remotes are located by the entrance and next to the bed.

Yes, free parking is availalbe for one car on a reserved Spot.

The spot is located on level 2 in the garage with the number 44.

- No pets allowed

- No smoking in the apartment - Fine for smoking 500$ (Balcony is fine)

- No parties or events with more than 4 people

- Fine for lost keys 250$

No need to take the trash to the dumpster, the cleaning team will take care of that once you are checking out. In case you want to get rid of it, its down the hallway on the west-side of the building. Find details here: Link to the Trash

The Gym is located in the West-Wing of the building, right next to the Mailroom.

Beltline, Krog Street Market, Imman Park, Old Fourth Ward Park are within walking distance. Enjoy the lively neighborhood with fun bars and fine dining. 

The next large supermarket is Kroger on the Beltline.

There is also a delicates store that sells beer and snacks right in front of the apartment - Bennetts Market & Deli
